Please read through the following important information on registration for The 6th Annual National Veteran Small Business Conference and Expo.

Attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors are encouraged to register early as seats are limited to attend this year’s conference. Once we have reached capacity registration will close.
Conference Registration Fees
Register early to SAVE MONEY and ensure your selections. Fees include participation in all activities, educational sessions, functions, and entrance into all days of the Expo. Fees also include all of the food and beverage provided at the conference to include: (1) Welcome Reception, (3) Continental Breakfasts, (3) Luncheons and (5) Breaks. It also covers all conference collateral material that attendees will receive upon conference check-in.
The conference is open to both Government and Non-Government Personnel.
The Conference will begin with an optional half-day workshop at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 19, 2010 followed by a welcome reception at 5:00 p.m. and will end on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 4:30 p.m.

Avoid Headaches! Plan Ahead!
- You can expect delays due to heavy volume near registration deadlines. Register early.
- To avoid multiple registrations and charges, only submit your registration ONCE.
- Know your organization's reimbursement policies before you register to avoid problems later.
- Payment must accompany registration; purchase orders are not accepted. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.
- Using a departmental credit card? Don't forget to obtain permission from the cardholder in advance of registration deadlines. Also, be clear about what you may charge to that card.
Payment Policy
- Credit cards will be charged immediately upon registration.
- Payment for all registrations must be made in full prior to the conference.
- We are unable to accept purchase orders.
- Credit Cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) are the preferred form of payment.
- Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from “Vets SBConf” for your conference registration fee.
Cancellation, Refund, and No-Show Policy
- Once registered, registrants are accountable for the entire conference fee.
- Conference registration fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Authorized substitutions will be accepted with prior approval by the Conference Team.

Confirmations and other important information will be sent to you via email. The Conference Team is not responsible for spam filters blocking registration confirmation emails. Please make sure that your spam filter does not block mail from "info@nationalveteransconference.com".
