The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is the Federal Government’s business manager, buyer, real estate developer, telecommunications manager, and IT solutions provider for billions of dollars worth of products and services for federal agencies. The Federal Supply Service (FSS) has procurement responsibility to supply millions of commercial items, and other GSA services handle procurements for telecommunications, buildings, and real property.
