Mr. Safavian has nearly fifteen years of legal, public policy, and legislative experience. Prior to joining the Executive Office of the President, he was Chief of Staff to the United States General Services Administration. He has served three members of Congress, the most recent being Representative Chris Cannon (R-UT), where he was Chief of Staff. Mr. Safavian’s private sector experience includes practicing law with a major Seattle-based law firm, as well as founding a consulting firm specializing in tax, trade, and regulatory issues. |
