As President of APTAC, Ms. Peterson
represents more than 500+ members,
with 250 offices located in 47 states.
The Procurement Technical Assistance
Centers provide, at little or no cost, a
wide range of professional technical
assistance to the small business community.
Ms. Peterson has worked in public service with the University of
Tennessee Center for Industrial Services for more than 28 years.
More than 17 of those years have been affiliated with the PTAC
program. She is currently the Manager of Finance and
Administration for the Center, which involves managing the Center’s
more than 14 contracts and grants totaling more than $5,000,000.
She has extensive knowledge in proposal writing, budgeting,
forecasting, and working with federal, state and local government
agencies.
