Ray is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Engineering Services Network, Inc. (ESN) a small, servicedisabled veteran-owned, 8(a) firm providing engineering, IT, Operational Testing, financial management, and program support services to DoD, Departments of the Navy,Air Force, and other federal customers. Prior to accepting the challenge of ESN, Ray served his country for more than 29 years in the U.S. Navy. Since his retirement Mr. Lopez has focused on building ESN to over 150 employees, which the firm currently employs. ESN has grown from its first $25,000 task order to a firm that projects over $18 Million in revenue in 2005 and is on a course to achieve over $50M in revenues by 2009. A graduate of the DoD Mentor-Protégé Program, Mr. Lopez is a strong advocate for small business participation in DoD and across the Federal Government. ESN believes that veteran-owned business should be one of the linchpins in providing service to DoD customers. |
