Chuck Fulkerson was appointed Executive Director of the Nevada Office of Veterans Services in November 2000 by Governor Guinn. The agency consists of two administrative offices in Reno and Las Vegas, two Veterans cemeteries in Fernley and Boulder City and a Veterans Home in Boulder City.

Chuck is a US Army retiree and a Disabled Veteran. He has been a strong Veterans Advocate for many years. He co-founded the Veterans Guest house in Reno in 1991 and was the construction
chairman for a new 4700 sq foot facility.
