Tim is responsible for DoD Small
Business contract policy including the
development of legislative and
administrative initiatives to assist small
businesses. Mr. Foreman is widely
recognized as a leading DoD
contracting authority.
Tim was awarded the “2004 Patriot Administrator Award” by the
Association of Service Disabled Veterans on April 7, 2005 in a
Capital Hill ceremony. Mr. Foreman is a LEGIS FELLOW graduate
selected by Senator Christopher Bond, Chairman, Senate
Committee on Small Business. Mr. Foreman was a key staffer in the
following three pieces of Legislation: Bundling; Historically
Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZones); and Small Business
Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
