Joseph G. Diamond, a member of the
Senior Executive Service, is Director, Air
Force Office of Small and Disadvantaged
Business Utilization, the Pentagon,
Washington, D.C. He is responsible for
the leadership, management and oversight
of the Small and Minority Business
Program, the Historically Black Colleges
and Universities, and Minority Institution Program for the
Department of the Air Force.
Mr. Diamond entered government service with the Air Force in
1985 and has held numerous acquisition leadership positions.
Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Diamond was the Air
Force Program Executive Officer for Weapons. Mr. Diamond’s
awards include the Exceptional Civilian Service Award and the 2004
Meritorious Executive Presidential Rank Award.
