Mr. Glenn Delgado came on board as an Assistant Director, Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, Office of the Secretary of the Navy in January 2000. Mr. Delgado is the Department of Navy’s Mentor Protégé Program Manager. Other responsibilities include monitoring the Navy’s Veteran Owned Small Business Program, the Small Business Innovation Research Program, the statistical analysis of the Navy’s Small Business Program targets and several special projects.

Prior to this assignment, Mr. Delgado served as Associate Director of Small Business for the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). He has over 24 years of acquisition experience. While at NAVAIR
he worked on several major weapon system programs and served as the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) for the A-6, EA-6B and the F/A-18 C/D Aircrafts.
