Frank Anderson is a retired Brigadier
General, United States Air Force. He
previously served as Vice President of
Defense Acquisition University and led
the strategic planning process that
shaped the current DAU reengineering
initiatives. He was a former
Commandant of the Defense Systems
Management College, Deputy Assistant
Secretary of the Air Force for Contracting, and Air Force
Competition Advocate General. He also served as the first chairman
of the Federal Inter-agency Working Group for Alternate Dispute
Resolution. In November 2004, Mr.Anderson received the
Department of Defense Distinguished Civilian Service Award, the
highest award given by the Secretary of Defense to employees
whose careers reflect exceptional devotion to duty and extremely
significant contributions to the efficiency, economy, or other
improvement in DoD operations. He was also recognized by
Attorney General Janet Reno for his leadership of the Federal ADR
Working Group. |
